Why is loneliness one of the biggest struggles facing teenage girls today?

In the last group we hosted, we asked our girls what they felt was one of the biggest challenges in their lives. Every single answer pointed back to the same thing: loneliness.

Today's teens are constantly surrounded by social media, text messages, and online interactions. They're more connected than any generation before them, yet many still feel isolated, misunderstood, and alone. While technology makes it easier to communicate, it doesn't always create the meaningful relationships young people need.

That's why we created this group.

We wanted to build a space where girls can connect with others who understand what they're going through, form genuine friendships, and learn practical skills for navigating the challenges of adolescence. Our goal is to help girls develop confidence, emotional awareness, healthy communication skills, and friendships that last beyond the program itself.

This is an ongoing group that is opening up to new members and new sessions. This is more than just a weekly gathering. It's a community designed to help girls feel seen, supported, and connected. 

Fall Girls Group

Start Date: August 17
Program Length: 10–12 Weeks
Time: 5:45 PM – 7:15 PM
Ages: 12–18

Cost: $50 per session, sliding scale rates available

What to Expect

First 45 Minutes: Large Group Session

• Interactive lessons and discussions

• Topics focused on friendships, emotions, confidence, communication, and personal growth

• Practical tools girls can apply in everyday life

Second 45 Minutes: Small Groups

• Divided by age

• Guided discussions and activities

• Crafts and interactive exercises

• Time to process and apply what was learned

• Opportunities to build deeper connections with peers

Our hope is that every girl leaves feeling more confident, more connected, and equipped with skills and friendships that will benefit her for years to come.
