
Individual Therapy
My approach to therapy is all about meeting you where you are. We’ll start with a thoughtful conversation and evaluation to explore the areas you’d like to focus on, while also giving us a chance to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit. Together, we’ll decide on your goals and create a treatment plan that feels right for you. I use a blend of approaches—drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), family systems therapy, and interpersonal therapy—and I’m also trained in EMDR, a powerful method for healing from trauma. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered in your growth.
